The redesigned MyVerizon app is a one stop solution which offers a wide range of custom features to users such as , Family Hub, Live location & saftey, AI plan recommendations, Bill transparency, Usage dashboard, Smart notifications, Plan comparisons & bundling options. This allows users to idetify the optimal network plan and encourages users within family stick to verizon by creating a ecosystem of stiched services and custom controls.
Verizon already has the assets 5G, Fios, Frontier acquisition, 4.5M converged customers but its app is widely regarded as the weak link. Reddit and App Store reviews repeatedly call the current My Verizon app "the worst app I've ever used," citing slow loads, broken biometrics, opaque billing, and the inability to merge Fios and Wireless accounts even after multiple attempts over years.
