Project Overview
This non-profit initiative was born from my passion for cycling and community building, with the goal of solving real challenges cyclists face in discovering events, joining rides, tracking performance, and connecting with others. Starting in January 2026, I leveraged AI tools to rapidly transform this idea into a functional product while applying my expertise in product thinking, systems design, and UX. The project also pushed me beyond my comfort zone into front-end development and end-to-end product building, making it an incredibly rewarding learning experience.

extra revenue during weekends
and also keeps me active"
Rakesh is a small business owner and a well-known face in Hyderabad's cycling community. He started cycling over 10 years ago as a hobby and gradually built strong connections across multiple cycling groups in the city. While he rarely rides today, he has shifted his focus to organizing and managing cycling events for enthusiasts of all skill levels.
Most of his events are coordinated through WhatsApp groups, where he promotes rides, manages registrations, and communicates with participants. He typically charges ₹500 per rider and attracts around 20 participants per event. To ensure a smooth experience, he provides hydration support and brings along a trusted mechanic who can assist riders with on-road bicycle issues.
For longer rides, Rakesh uses a support vehicle equipped with a bike rack, allowing him to transport equipment and assist cyclists in case of emergencies or mechanical failures. Known for his friendly personality and extensive network within Hyderabad's cycling circles, he has earned a reputation as a reliable organizer who brings cyclists together and creates enjoyable community experiences.

WORKING IN MNC | BENGALURU
"After a busy week at work, joining
group rides on weekend make me
feel alive,"
Ravikanth is a 45-year-old Team Lead at a large MNC in Bengaluru. His demanding job keeps him at a desk for 8–10 hours a day, and over the years he has gradually gained weight due to a sedentary lifestyle. Although he made several attempts to improve his fitness through gym memberships, he struggled to stay motivated and eventually stopped going regularly.
A year ago, he bought a road bike worth ₹1 lakh after discovering a cycling club near his gated community. He enjoys riding and has completed a few solo rides of 30–40 km, along with occasional group rides organized by his local bike shop. However, he has not yet established a regular cycling routine.
Married with a child in the 6th standard, Ravikanth is looking for a fun and sustainable way to improve his fitness. He is friendly and outgoing but can be shy when meeting new people.
His primary goal is to make cycling a regular habit, improve his fitness, and become part of a welcoming local cycling community. He dreams of completing a 100 km ride someday, but lacks confidence in his current fitness level and is looking for guidance, motivation, and riding companions who can help him progress toward that milestone

it is my identity "
Shashank is a 23-year-old software engineer based in Pune. As a child, he was passionate about sports, particularly skating and swimming, and even competed at the junior national level in skating. However, academic priorities led him to pursue engineering, and he now works at a consulting firm after securing a job through campus placements.
Determined to keep sports in his life, Shashank has been cycling consistently for the past two years and has quickly become one of the fastest riders in his local groups. He recently secured second place in an amateur race within his age category. He currently rides an ₹80,000 road bike and believes a carbon bike and new wheelset could help him unlock even better performance, though budget constraints have delayed the upgrade.
Highly social and outgoing, Shashank enjoys meeting new people through cycling events and sharing his journey online. With around 4,000 followers on social media, he regularly posts cycling content and sees the sport as more than fitness—it is a way to express his competitive spirit, build his personal brand, and pursue the athletic ambitions he once put aside.

Redefined Problem statement
"Cyclists lack a centralized platform to discover and participate in rides, races, and cycling events. Communities rely heavily on fragmented WhatsApp groups, where important event information, updates, and shared content often get lost in noisy conversations. At the same time, organizers struggle with manual processes for managing registrations, RSVPs, payments, communication, and rider safety, making it difficult to efficiently run and scale cycling events. As a result, both cyclists and organizers face significant barriers to engagement, coordination, and community growth."
